DSP stands for Delivery Service Partner. With millions of deliveries worldwide, Amazon works in partnership with a vast network of local delivery businesses to ensure that customers receive their orders on time by taking parcels from depots and delivering them to Amazon customers’ doors.

We started expanding the DSP program in Europe since 2019, enabling us to be more agile and better meet our customers demands. 400 individuals have started their own parcel delivery businesses in partnership with Amazon and created 40,000 jobs across Europe.
